How to contact us?
Since we are quite busy on the phone, it is best to send us an email at support@byerko.com. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please be patient, as we have many clients who need support, and sometimes a higher number of requests may cause delays in response times. To help us resolve your issue faster and more efficiently, please include the following information in your email:
- In the subject line, make sure to include the website you need help with (e.g., "Support for www.your-website.com").
- In the message itself, provide a detailed description of the issue you are facing. The more information you give us, the quicker and more accurately we can help you.
Example:
Subject: Support for www.my-website.com
Message:
Hello,
I am having issues with my website www.my-website.com. When I try to access the dashboard, I get the error "403 Forbidden".
Issue Description: When I try to access the dashboard, the error "403 Forbidden" appears.
Steps already taken: I tried restarting the website and clearing the browser cache.
Date and time of the issue: The issue occurred on August 2, 2024, at 15:30.
Error messages: I am attaching a screenshot of the error.

Instructions for using AnyDesk:
- Download AnyDesk: Click here to download AnyDesk.
- Run the program: Once the file is downloaded, run it.
- Get your Address (ID): After launching the program, you will receive a unique address (ID).
- Share your ID: Send us this ID in response to our email.
